What happens after I made the payment?

99% of the time you can log into online practice examinations page straight away and start practicing. But in an unlikely event of a communication breakdown between our servers and WorldPay, it might take up to 24 hours for your payment to be processed manually. Please log out and log back in to start practicing.

How do I start practicing?

Log on to the website by putting in your username and password (your password is case sensitive) and then click Sign in. Once you have logged in you will go to your own 'My Account'. On this page you will see all the exam areas that you have available.

I cannot find anywhere to log in? 

When you search Google to find our web site you will not find the link to log in page. You have to close all your browser windows and open a new browser and type www.topupstudy.com in the address bar. Please click on the link to add to favourite for future reference and easy access. Google search in only for new registrants and regular visitors are advised to add our address to their favourites.

I am having difficulty logging in? 

Please make sure you are using the correct Username and Password. Password is case sensitive and If you have forgotten your password, you can either go through the forgot password option in the log in page or write to us to remind your password (make sure you send us your Username in your mail).

I am getting error message every time I go to online examination? 

Our website is 100% compatible with the Internet Explorer version 6 or above.You might experience some problem with other browsers and we strongly recommend you use IE6 to access our website. You can install or upgrade to IE6 free of charge from Microsoft. Now you can also use Firefox to access our online test.

Will I get the same questions in every test? 
No. Each practice test will be different.
Will I be able to view answers once I finish a test? 

Yes, you will be able to view the answers by sections, by clicking on the View Answer link. The correct answers will be shaded in light green. If your answer and the correct answer matches, you will see a tick next to that question.

Will I be able to view the previous exams answer script? 

Yes, you can view the previous exam answer scripts by View History and can check out how you have performed so far.

How long is my product valid?
Your product is valid for 180 days.
Can I extend the validity of the product?

Under certain circumstances we may extend the validity of your product  for free. You have to write to us by e-mailing to info@topupstudy.com giving your reasons for the extension.

How secure is WorldPay?

WorldPay uses state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that seller and shopper are protected against what is nowadays a virtually non-existent risk. WorldPay systems also have inbuilt system redundancy and fault tolerance, to provide with a virtually uninterrupted service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. WorldPay systems have evolved over many years and throughout the history WorldPay have continuously sought and gained bank approval for their systems. by using industry standard SSL, Thawte and WorldPay's unique encryption system, all the card details are encrypted before they reach the WorldPay system. What happens is when a shopper fills in the payment form and clicks the 'Submit' button, their details are not sent straight-away. Instead a secure link is set up between the shopper's browser and WorldPay producing a private/public encryption code which then wraps the transaction details before leaving the shopper's premises.

I do not have any debit or credit card

We advice you to register yourself on the website and send us a cheque or Postal Order (you can get them from the Post Office) with your details. Please make your cheque Postal Order made payable to TopUp Study Ltd and post it to University of East London, Knowledge Dock,Business Centre, 4-6 University Way, London, E16 2RD. We will activate your account on the day we receive your postal order.

Can I get a refund?

Under certain circumstances, refund may be given at the discretion of the management. Once the online examination has been attempted, no refund will be given.
